Easital always loves to encourage employees for enhancing their enthusiasm on their works in different ways. Because we believe that workplace competition can be an effective way to boost morale, productivity, and efficiency. True, the intensity of competition raises the body's and mind's alertness, which in turn allows for greater effort and better results.
Following this motto, Easital took a great initiative and arranged "Bug Bounty Program" for the employees as a part of encouragement at InterContinental Dhaka on 9th November, 2022. All the employees participated at this competition and a considerable amount of encouragement was witnessed among them. As a part of encouragement, a reward of 500 taka was announced for finding every single bug in one of our own developed app and product. The participants were able to find total 20 bugs and got thier rewards. The objective of this program was to organize a worthwhile competition as well as provide refreshments to the employees in a good environment. It's conceivable that healthy competition at work is inevitable and even beneficial. However, it was really a successful event and a great day for all Easitalians!!
