How we built it
This gate started as cardboard.
Easital’s CEO, Nowshid Alam Sayem, built the first prototype himself. Then the company made it industrial-grade.

A cardboard prototype
A card reader, a motor and a chip he programmed himself. It registered cards, refused unknown ones, kept the boom up when something was in the way, and opened from a web app over Wi-Fi.

Jan – Mar 2026 · Dhaka
An industrial circuit and firmware
Easital designed the industrial-grade circuit and wrote the firmware that runs it. Then the prototype’s functions moved onto industrial hardware.

Apr 2026 · Shenzhen
Built in Shenzhen
Sayem flew to Shenzhen. A factory there manufactured the hardware to Easital’s design, and it was tested on the factory’s bench before it shipped.

Hardened by the team
Back in Dhaka, the team hardened and tested the final version and gave it eyes, ears and a voice: cameras, microphones and a speaker, wired into our own controller.

Delivered, and ready for your gate
The gate system is delivered and running for residential societies, and it is available for other buildings. Because it is our own design, the hardware, the app and the AI can be adapted to your site.
