These terms apply to the website at easital.com. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Easital Technologies Ltd. (legal name Easital Technologies Limited), a software company based at 13/P Mymensingh Lane, Banglamotor, Dhaka 1000, Bangladesh. In these terms, "Easital", "we" and "us" mean that company, and "the website" means easital.com.

2. Using this website

You may browse the website, read and share its pages, contact us and apply for jobs through it. You do not need an account, and we do not charge for using the website.

We may change, pause or remove any part of the website at any time without notice. We try to keep the website available, but we do not promise that it will always be online or free of errors.

3. What the content of this website is, and is not

The website describes our company, our services, our products and work we have done. It is general information.

  • Nothing on the website is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract, and nothing on it is a quote, a fixed price or a delivery date.
  • Descriptions of services, technologies, timelines and past work are examples. They are not a promise of a particular result for your project.
  • Blog posts and guides are general information, not professional advice for your situation.

If you hire us, the work is governed by the written agreement that you and Easital sign for that project, such as a proposal, a statement of work or a services agreement. If that agreement and this website say different things, the signed agreement applies.

4. Intellectual property in the website's content

The text, design, graphics, logos, videos and code of the website belong to Easital or to the people and companies that have allowed us to use them. The Easital name and logo, and the names and logos of our own products, are ours. The names and logos of clients and of other companies shown on the website belong to their owners.

You may view the website, link to it, and quote short passages with a credit and a link to the source page. You may not copy substantial parts of the website, republish them or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. To ask for permission, email [email protected].

5. Products and third-party sites we link to

The website links to other websites. Each of them has its own terms and its own privacy policy, and those apply when you visit or use it. These terms do not.

  • Easital products. StepVideo, Manob.ai and mAutomate are operated by Easital. Each one is a separate service with its own website, and your use of it is governed by the terms published for that product.
  • Client products. Calldone and AdventCircle were built by Easital for a client in the United States. They belong to that company, which operates them, and they are governed by their own terms.
  • Other websites. We also link to social networks, review and directory sites, video and map services and other sites that we do not control. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content or the practices of those sites.

6. Enquiries and job applications you send through the website

You can send us an enquiry through the contact forms and apply for an open position through the form on a job page.

  • Please send only information that is accurate and that you have the right to share.
  • Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, and it does not oblige you or us to work together. A reply from us is not a binding quote unless it is part of a signed agreement.
  • The forms are not meant for confidential material. If your project involves confidential information, tell us, and we can agree on confidentiality terms before you share it.
  • Sending a job application does not guarantee an interview or a job offer. We review applications against the requirements of the role.

7. Acceptable use

When you use the website, do not:

  • break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
  • try to get unauthorized access to the website, our servers or the systems connected to them;
  • disrupt the website, overload it, or introduce viruses or other harmful code;
  • send spam, false information, or unlawful, abusive or misleading content through the forms;
  • pretend to be another person or company;
  • copy the website in bulk by automated means in a way that harms the website or ignores our robots.txt file.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the website or its content, including that the content is complete, accurate or current, or that the website will work without interruption or be free of errors or harmful components.

To the extent the law allows, Easital is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business or data, that results from using the website, from being unable to use it, or from relying on its content. We are also not liable for the content or the services of the third-party websites we link to.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. These terms cover the website only. Our responsibilities for work we do for a client are set out in the signed agreement for that work.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms or the website.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the website.
