Initial Coin Offering Service
An initial coin offering (ICO) is a fundraising event in which a company sells a new cryptocurrency. In exchange for their financial contributions, investors receive cryptocurrency. In many ways, an ICO is the cryptocurrency equivalent of a stock market initial public offering (IPO).
How does our ICO work?
Most ICOs require investors to pay with another cryptocurrency, with Bitcoin and Ethereum being two popular options. We accept fiat money for ICOs. Sending money to our specific crypto wallet address is typically the purchase process. Investors can provide their recipient addresses to receive the cryptocurrency they purchase. The number of tokens sold during an ICO, as well as the token price, can be fixed or variable.
The initial coin offering (ICO) is a complex process that necessitates extensive knowledge of technology, finance, and the law. The main idea behind ICOs is to use the decentralized systems of blockchain technology to raise capital in ways that align the interests of various stakeholders. The ICO process begins with our company's desire to raise capital. Our company determines the target audience for its fundraising campaign and develops materials about the company or project for potential investors.
Token creation is the next step in the initial coin offering. Tokens are essentially blockchain representations of assets or utilities. The tokens are fungible and tradeable. They should not be confused with cryptocurrencies because tokens are simply modifications of existing cryptocurrencies. Tokens are generated on specific blockchain platforms. Token creation is a relatively simple process because our company is not required to write code from scratch, as with the creation of a new cryptocurrency. Instead, existing blockchain platforms that run existing cryptocurrencies, such as Ethereum, allow the tokens to be created with minor code changes.
During our ICO, the number of tokens sold and the token price can be fixed or variable. Here are some examples of how this can be done-
Fixed number of tokens and price: Our company determines both of these in advance, such as offering one million tokens at $1 per token.
There are a fixed number of tokens and a variable price: Our company sells a set number of tokens at a fixed price based on the amount of money received. A higher token price results from more funding. If it sells one million tokens and raises $2 million, each token will cost $2.
A fixed price and a variable number of tokens: Our company establishes a fixed price but does not limit the number of tokens sold. As an example, suppose we sell tokens at $0.50 each until the ICO ends.
