Easital Technologies Limited is looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team.

Educational Requirements:

Graduate from any reputed university. Certification or professional training in UI/UX design will be considered an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

• Proven experience in real-time projects with a strong UI/UX portfolio.

• Experience working with international clients will be highly preferred.

• Strong English communication skills are a must.

• Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Good understanding of colour theory, typography, layout, design principles, and design systems.

• Must be highly creative, detail-oriented, energetic, and self-organised.

• Must be a good multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Must be a strong team player and able to collaborate with developers, product managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from clients, stakeholders, product teams, and developers.

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand problems and design better user experiences.

• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, site maps, and interactive prototypes.

• Design modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI components.

• Ensure design consistency, usability, and visual quality across all digital products.

Salary: BDT 30,000 – 35,000 Monthly

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Bonus: 2 festive bonuses
