Client project
AdventCircle: a community platform and mobile app for Seventh-day Adventists
AdventCircle is a website and mobile app that connects the Seventh-day Adventist community. It brings together a church finder, a community feed and group chat, tithe and donations, spiritual resources, events and a member marketplace. It was designed and built by Easital Technologies Ltd. for a client in the United States, which owns and operates it.
The problem
AdventCircle is for a church community that wants to stay connected through the week, not only on Sabbath. Its store listing states the aim: to stay connected beyond Sabbath, with church family, Scripture, giving and service “in one simple app.”
The needs are different in kind: conversation between members, giving, study material, events, finding a congregation, and trade between members. The AdventCircle site describes the product as an ecosystem “for connection, commerce, and spiritual growth.” The engineering task is to make these work as one product, for members and for the churches that serve them.
What Easital built
Easital designed and built AdventCircle for a client in the United States: a web platform and mobile apps with separate entry points for members and for churches.
-
Community and fellowship
Secure messaging, department-based group chats and local church feeds, where members share and stay in touch.
-
Stewardship and giving
Tithe, offerings and project donations, with recurring options, project-based crowdfunding, tracking and receipts.
-
Spiritual resources
Daily Bible reading, reading plans, Sabbath School lessons, a searchable hymnal and an Ellen G. White library.
-
Church finder
Members locate nearby congregations on a map, view service times and directions, and check in as a visitor.
-
Marketplace
A member-only marketplace where members offer products and services to one another.
-
Pastor AI
An AI assistant that gives scripture-anchored answers. The listing labels it as AI guidance to be verified with a pastor.
For church leaders, the store listing adds attendance tools, a church profile with ministries, schedules and announcements, event creation with invitations and reminders, and donation management views with downloadable reports.
How it works
A person joins as a member or registers a church. From there the product covers community, giving, study and trade.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Join | The site offers two routes: join the community as a member, or join as a church. |
| Find a church | The church finder shows nearby congregations with service times and directions. Location access is optional. |
| Take part | Members follow church feeds, talk in group chats, join events, watch live and attend meetings. |
| Give | Members return tithe and give to offerings and projects. Receipts are stored in the app. |
| Study | Members use Bible reading plans, Sabbath School lessons and the hymnal, and can put questions to Pastor AI. |
| Trade | Members list and find products and services in the marketplace. |
Technology
AdventCircle is delivered as a website and as Android and iOS apps. Its site and store listings describe what the product does and name no vendors, so this page describes the parts by function.
- Messaging: secure messaging and group chat.
- Giving: tithe, offerings and project donations, with instant receipts.
- Location: optional, used to suggest nearby churches and events.
- Live video and meetings: camera and microphone are used for live sessions and meetings only.
- AI assistant: Pastor AI. The listing states that its responses are informational and should be reviewed with spiritual leaders.
Status
AdventCircle is live at adventcircle.com, and the app is listed on Google Play and on the App Store.
The store listing carries a disclaimer that belongs here too: AdventCircle is community-built for Adventists and is not an official app of the Seventh-day Adventist Church or of any conference, union or division.
The client owns the product. Easital’s part was its design and engineering, which is work Easital also offers as a service, including Android app development and iOS app development.
