mAutomate: an AI platform that builds, markets and supports an online store
mAutomate is a product of Easital Technologies Ltd. Its site describes it as “an all-in-one AI business automation platform that helps you build websites, create AI content, automate marketing, support customers, and manage your business from a single dashboard.” It is built for small teams that sell online: the AI builds the storefront, drafts the marketing and answers customers, and the owner approves the work.
The problem
mAutomate addresses the small online business that runs its store, its marketing, its customer messages and its phone on separate tools. Its site puts it this way: “Stop paying for a dozen disconnected tools.”
The site is addressed to small teams selling online. Its answer is to set up the storefront, the inbox, the phone line and the marketing together, “so they actually work together”: the call center quotes real stock and order status, and campaigns are drafted from the store’s own catalog.

Easital built one platform that covers the storefront, marketing, customer support and business operations of an online store, with AI building, drafting and answering in each area.

Storefront
A responsive, no-code store on the seller’s own domain. The seller picks a theme and edits the design visually. AI generates product pages and copy.

Campaigns across email, ads and social, plus product copy and SEO, drafted from the store’s own catalog.

Content is planned, scheduled and published across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, X and LinkedIn from one place.

AI answers customers over chat, WhatsApp and email. Messages from every channel land in a single conversation view.

AI answers calls, quotes real stock and order status, qualifies leads and hands over to a person when it should.

Products, orders, inventory and revenue are tracked in real time, with a low-stock view.
The site also lists a connected business email on the seller’s domain and a branded iOS and Android app for the store’s customers.
How it works
Setup is a conversation, and after that the AI proposes work and the owner approves it. The site describes three steps.
The same rule applies to the content the AI writes. According to the site’s FAQ, the AI can create websites, product pages, marketing copy, social posts, ad campaigns, email flows and customer-support replies, all reviewed and approved by the owner. Marketing follows the pattern “you approve, it publishes.”

mAutomate is live at mautomate.ai. It is sold by monthly subscription, and the site currently says early access is open.
